Warranty, Returns, Shipping
Rejo Sports warrants that the item(s) purchased are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period of one (1) year, beginning on the day the item(s) is dispatched to the customer. This warranty extends only to the customer, and is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the item from the customer.
During this period, Rejo Sports will, without charge, repair or replace items assessed and determined defective by Rejo’s quality team. This limited warranty does not extend to any items that have been damaged or rendered defective (a) as a result of misuse or abuse; (b) modification of the item; (c) faulty installation; (d) unauthorized repairs.
Rejo Sports offers a thirty (30) day return on eligible items. The return period extends thirty (30) calendar days from when the item(s) is dispatched to you.
To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we received your item(s), we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return requirements. This process can take 1-3 business days. We will then notify you of the status of your return once the inspection hold is complete.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through Shopify Payments to your credit card, or original method of payment, and you will receive a notification via email that the refund was successful.
The actual time from when the refund is processed to when the funds are credited to your account will vary, and is entirely dependent on your bank’s processing time.
Please allow between 24-72 hours from time of purchase for your order to be processed, fulfilled and dispatched to you. You will get a notification letting you know when your item(s) has shipped.
Orders from our online store are shipped using Canada Post. Delivery times are estimated to take anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on your location and which shipping method you chose at checkout (Expedited, Xpresspost, or Priority).
Most large and custom orders usually ship via Fedex or another outside carrier if delivering outside of Southern Ontario. For those customers located within Southern Ontario, orders will generally be delivered using our own truck.

You do not need to return the item(s) in the original packaging, but please do so if the integrity of the original packaging remains. If not, it is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) is adequately protected for return shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your item is accepted under warranty claim, the cost of return shipping will be credited to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
